To continue the mission of providing meaningful service opportunities at home and abroad, legacy giving is established to bring people together to support the work of Good News Project both now and for years to come.
How can you help? Just three simple steps:
- Make a planned gift (a legacy gift) by naming Good News Project in your will or estate plan.
- Include the following language in your will: I give and bequeath (describe the bequest) to Good News Project, Wausau, Wisconsin, for its charitable purposes as defined in and subject to the provisions of the giving policies established by the Good News Project board of directors. - Fill out a Confidential Statement of Intent and send it to us, along with your message indicating that you have made, or plan to make a legacy gift. Tax ID# 39-1916194
Programs of the Good News Project are the result of the vision, kindness and perseverance of Charles and Peggy MacCarthy as well as the pioneering volunteers who led in service alongside the MacCarthys with heart and integrity. All gifts, large or small, will be greatly appreciated, and used to sustain the ongoing efforts of the organization.
