The Health Equipment Lending Program depends on your donations of durable medical equipment

We accept gently used home medical equipment, unused disposable items (sealed or opened packages), CPAP machines/supplies, first aid items, medical supplies (Ostomy, surgical, tubing, IV supplies, etc) and more.

Some donations that we are actively looking for are:
• Overbed tables
• Shower chair with raised arms
• Free-standing toilet frames
• Hoyer lifts
• Sit to stands
• Standers
• Pedalers
• Fully electric Hospital beds and mattresses

Bariatric equipment, heavy duty pieces of home medical equipment designed for those people who weigh 300 pounds or more, is always a need.  Bariatric wheelchairs, shower/bathtub chairs, walkers and rollators are items we can always use.

Why Donate?

The goal of the Health Equipment Lending Program is to be the conduit between those who donate medical equipment, and those who need it.  All donated items are tax deductible.  A receipt for your donation is available upon request.

Items that we do not accept:

We often receive donations of items that we do not use here at Good News Project. However, we have a few connections in the Wisconsin community to share those items.

The items that we cannot accept at this time are:

  • Nebulizers
  • Blood Glucose Machines & strips
  • Needles/syringes, unless they are sealed
  • PVC (oversized) shower chairs
  • Large items such as Stander Units, Gait Trainers, Pulmonary Vests, etc.

Email jacqueline@goodnewswi.com with any questions regarding if we will/will not accept a specific item, or call 715-843-5985.

Good News Project has a variety of home medical items that don’t ‘fit’ into our lending program. We are offering them for sale. Click below to see what we have available.
